Abstract

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the triadic development concept of territorial communities and its role in tourism development. The aim of the study is to identify the interrelationships among the economic, social, and institutional components of territorial community development and to substantiate the mechanisms through which these factors influence tourism development. The research methodology is based on a systems approach, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, and territorial analysis methods. The findings indicate that the enhancement of territorial community capacity is a significant factor in tourism development. In particular, human capital, social capital, and the effectiveness of institutional governance play a decisive role in this process.
