FACTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF “FACT-CHECKING” SKILLS AMONG FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS
Abstract
Today, most of the information is spread around the world through the Internet. In fact, the Internet is one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century, a huge information highway that enables the exchange of information. Meanwhile, the reality of life shows that any product of development can be used for two different purposes. Currently most young people spend their free time in internet clubs and accept various information from there. On the one hand, this creates great opportunities for young people to get an education, and on the other hand, the ideas foreign to our national ideology entering through this system have a negative impact on their morale. Today, through the Internet, one can communicate with people from any corner of the world and receive the information they need. Information affects human life in various directions. In the age of information, “abstraction” is taking place, that is, information is becoming a powerful tool that is causing problems that concern the whole world.
